Allegations of sexual harassment of interns were made against a top Manager in the Equity Leaders Programme. These were made public in Facebook posts. Investigations were made and the manager sacked. The company took some corrective measures to prevent recurrence of such an eventuality. However, Nora Chelagat Borus – Stanford Univ Student – the whistle blower – died under mysterious circumstances. The need to protect whistle blowers is real.
