These challenges affect all organizations worldwide. In response thereto, some organisations have come up with policies on whistle blowing. A major undoing of almost all these policies is that whistle blowers are not protected. Secondly, some require whistle blowers to report to heads of departments within the organisation, some of whom could be the wrongdoers!
