Unwanted activities under here include-
• Failure to maintain records and to protect the integrity of those records for as long as required
• Failure to maintain official record keeping systems
• Failure to retain and file records required for business, legal, financial, research or archival purposes
• Failure to dispose of records according to the organisation’s records retention and disposition schedule
• Failure to maintain records in sufficient detail as to reflect accurately their true position.
• Destroying documents in response to, or in anticipation of, an investigation or audit.
Prohibited conduct here could include –
• Use of the institution’s resources or name or reputation for individual political gain
• working on a political fundraiser or other campaign activity or openly supporting any political party while in the institution
• Making charitable contributions to causes and organizations that are politically affiliated.
